HCI Alternative Designs

A tablet or desktop in the supply closets to track supplies.
Problem: It would take time to navigate through the screens, and would require comfort with a computer to not slow housekeepers down.

Problem: We learned that most housekeepers did not own smartphones, and it was not cost effective for student affairs to supply smart phones.

Button that directly orders more inventory, eliminating the tracking step all together and allows housekeepers to order supplies.
Problem: Supervisors do not want housekeepers to have the responsibility or ability to order supplies. Mis-ordering could have huge financial costs.
